Description
A unique “Purple Food” favoured by some celebrities for its potent anti-oxidant properties. Not to be compared with the cranberries farmed and used to make juices (too much sugar), these wild berries are a rich source of flavonoids and proanthocyanodins. Extracted from the same 15 feet high cranberry bushes growing in the wilderness of Northern Canada that are used by the natives for helping to maintain a healthy urinary tract. Wild cranberries have an antiseptic action and may be helpful against food poisoning.
